Zumba is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels, class participants at any level can start Zumba right away.
ZumbAtomic™ (ZA) :: This class is specifically designed for children ages 4-12. ZA classes are rocking, high energy classes, that focus on get your child active, using choreography and games created just for them. These classes will increase your child’s co- ordination, mental focus, boost metabolism and get them excited by a healthy FUN lifestyle. ($7 per class)
